We are a family run hotel and have also a family run restaurant and that is why you can feel the same dedication and the same love for detail in all our dishes. Our menu is based on the traditional Italian cuisine combined with the local cuisine of Val di Fiemme.
Perhaps the most typical of the latter is the polenta, which we prepare and serve outdoors during the summer – as a part of the typical “Polentada” – one of our evening events with great atmosphere and lots of entertainment and fun.
